I.A.No.1 of 2024 For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay of 1725 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner stands condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed. I.A.No.2 of 2024 For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay of 1719 days in filing the application to bring the legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record stands condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed. I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2024 For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of the applications, these applications are allowed setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner; and the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are brought on record as petitioner Nos.2 to 5 in the writ petition and other miscellaneous applications.
