...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in issuing G.O.Ms.No. 246 G.A.D. (SER.A) Dated 30-5-2006, Memo No. 2202/CPR&RE/B1/2003, Dated 13-09-2006 and applying a Judgment of the Honble High Court t the Petitioners with retrospective effect, by issuing G.O. 305, Dated 17-07-2002, and withdrawing the G.O.Ms.No. 44 dated 24-7-2002 and terminating the services ofthe Petitioners who worked as Panchayat Secretaries from the year 2003, without any notice, is contrary to the A.P. State & Subordinates Service Rules, various Government orders issued by the Government of A.P. from time to time and illegal, unjust, and violate of fundamental rights enshrined by Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequenty to direct the respondents to consider and appoint the Petitioners as Panchayat Secretaries on permanent basis, in the existing vacancies with the Government and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2007(WPMP 33128 OF 2007 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the G.O.Ms.No.246 dated 30.5.2006 Memo No.2202/CPR&RE/B1/2003 dated 13.9.2006 and consequently to direct the respondents to Re-Instate the petitioners in the same post as panchayat secretaries and Additional panchayat Secretaries on permanet basis on compassionate grounds pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2010(WPMP 23446 OF 2010 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to allow this MP., to amend the prayer in the Writ Petition by substituting the prayer as follows: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by setting aside the Common Order pased by the Hon'ble A.P.A.T. in O.A.
