The learned counsel for the appellant is present, and the learned counsel for the respondents appeared virtually.

Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, it is noticed that, as per the Registry endorsement, the notice sent to the address of the sole appellant, mentioned in the grounds of appeal was returned unserved with the postal endorsement ‘Addressee left’. Therefore, service is held sufficient
3. It seems that the appellant is not inclined to prosecute both the appeals.
