There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in this old writ petition of the year 2007, when the matter is taken up for hearing today.
2. Therefore, it is evident that the petitioner is not evincing interest to pursue this writ petition.
3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
