This is an application filed at the instance of the Appellant with a prayer for withdrawal of the appeal. 3. Heard learned counsel for the Appellants as well as learned counsel for the Respondents. Perused the application. 4. Learned counsel for the Appellants at the outset contended that the unsuccessful plaintiff in a suit had approached this Court by filing RFA No.252 of 2006 challenging the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2006 and 15.11.2006 respectively passed by the learned Page 2 of 2. Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Jeypore in C.S. No.14 of 2003. Learned counsel for the Appellants at the outset contended that with the intervention of the well-wishers and relatives the matter has been amicably settled. Accordingly, the present I.A. application has been filed seeking withdrawal of the appeal. 5. Learned counsel for the Respondents on the other hand did not dispute the aforesaid fact. He also supported the fact that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. 6. Since the Appellants are no more interested to pursue the present appeal, the I.A. application is allowed. Accordingly, the appeal is permitted to withdraw. 7.
