1. The present writ petition is filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the decision of senate contained in Item No. 22 of the Senate meeting held on 26.03.2006, vide which the respondents resolved to initiate disciplinary enquiry against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the present petition and the same be dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
