Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Division Bench in Anil Kumar vs. Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam through Its Managing Director, Vidyut Nagar, Hisar and Others, CWP-10848-2006, decided on 11.05.2007, against which no SLP was filed. She at this stage, prays that his case be considered, keeping in view the aforesaid judgment, in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner, within a period of 6 months, in light of the aforesaid judgment, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him/her/them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his/her/their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner/s shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
