The present revision petition has been preferred by the complainant-Budh Ram against the judgment dated 01.06.2005 passed in Sessions Case No. 27 of 10.11.2001 arising out of FIR No. 107 dated 27.06.2001 registered under Sections 302, 307, 148, 149, 447, 506 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25, 27 and 29 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Chandimandir to the extent whereby the trial Court had acquitted the respondent(s)-accused Sewa Singh son of Harnam Singh, resident of village Bhareli, Tehsil & District Panchkula; Nirmal Singh son of Baldev Singh, resident of village Bhareli, Tehsil & District Panchkula, Jaspal VISHAL SHARMA 2026.07.09 13:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
