The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner against the judgment dated 09.12.2005, passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Sonepat, hereinafter being referred to as ‘trial Court’ only, in a case arising out of FIR No.377 dated 17.11.1998, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 of Indian Penal Code, and Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Gohana. 2. By virtue of abovementioned judgment, the learned trial Court has acquitted the respondents No.2 to 9 from the all the charges framed against them. 3. In a connected case, i.e. CRA-S-2216-SB-2005, status report along with deal certificate of petitioner-Rajbir has been filed. A perusal of death certificate of petitioner-Rajbir shows that he has passed away on GAURAV THAKUR 2026.05.12 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document 30.05.2024. 4. Since in the present case, the sole petitioner has expired and necessary steps for impleadment of LRs of petitioner have not been taken, no cause for survival of present petition accrues. The present petition is hereby dismissed, accordingly. 5.
