The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner by the present Writ Petition is questioning the disinvestment by the Government in the second respondent institution and as such, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for consideration any further. 3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous.
