Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/Ms. Anita Devi submits that despite his best efforts, he is unable to contact the Respondent. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India („UOI‟) submits that the present Petitions have been listed for hearing after nearly 20 years and that during the pendency of these Petitions, the Applicants, namely Ms. Anita Devi, Ms. Urmila Devi, Ms. Kasturi Devi, Ms. Bhagwati Devi, were not paid family pension on the ground that they had been granted compassionate appointments following the demise of their respective husbands. Learned counsel further submits that interim orders in favour of the Applicants were passed and prays that the present Petitions may be disposed of with liberty to file an application for revival of the same in the event the Applicants raise any claim in the future.
