Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Tirumalasetty Kiran and learned Standing Counsels for respondents. 3. Previously the matter is listed on 09.03.2026, 30.04.2026 and 04.05.2026 for getting latest instructions in the lis. At last, when the lis is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel submits that apparently as of now there are no dues from the petitioner to the respondents. He further submits that the wheeling charges settled by the Court in identical matters, the required amount has been paid by the petitioner in favour of the respondents. 4 MRK,J W.P.No.479 of 2006 4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same may be recorded and the petition may be closed. 5.
