JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, against the decree and the award dated 19.09.2005 in M.V.O.P.No.252 of 2002 on the file of the Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal -cum- II Additional District Judge, Guntur.
2. Sri N.Rama Krishna, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents Nos.2 and 4 is present.
3. As there was no representation for the appellant on 16.04.2026, the matter was adjourned under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.
4. Hence, the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default.
