L 2. 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D RAMESH CONTEMPT CASE NO: 2006 of 2023 The Court made the following Order: The present Contempt Case is filed for non-implementation of the Order of this Court dated 26.09.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.31361 of 2022 wherein this Court directed the respondents to conduct survey as per Section 10(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and pass appropriate orders. 2. After notice, respondents have filed counter affidavit, wherein they have stated that on 08.11.2022, the petitioner was requested to attend enquiry along with their supporting documents, on which date, the petitioner attended the enquiry but failed to produce any documents supporting his claim. As such, the respondents have declared the said land as Inam Patta Land and is not under the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner at any point of time. 3. In that view of the matter, Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach Appellate Authority under Section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, if so aggrieved. 4 4.
