Sri C. Srinivasa Baba, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 & 2 states that as per his instructions, sole petitioner passed away and that both the writ petitioner as well as unofficial respondent has retired from service. Therefore, matter renders intructuous. 3. Sri V.V.N.V. Teja, learned counsel appearing for unofficial respondent does not dispute the same. 4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to seek revival of the case, in case the cause of action still survives.
