By the impugned order, the following modifications were effected; “1. Name of Fabrication unit is corrected as M/S. Muna Steel Industries in place of Tulu Fabrication unit. 2. Name of O.P. No.1 mentioned in order dtd.9.2.2005 corrected as Bhabatosh Biswal in place of Biswatosh Biswal. 3. Sri Bhaskar Chandra Biswal S/o.Late Jadumani Biswal was impleded as o.p. No.2 to the case.” 3. There is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called. 4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party is present. 5. Considering the nature of the grievance, the criminal revision is dismissed for non-prosecution. 6.
