This Criminal Revision has been filed assailing the order dated 05.07.2005 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Athagarh, in S.T. Case No.40 of 2005, rejecting the prayer of the Petitioners for discharge under Section 227 of Cr.P.C. from the accusation of committing of offence under Section 294/307/506/34 of IPC. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instruction, submits that during the pendency of the matter, the Petitioner Nos. 1,2 and 4 has passed away and so far as the Petitioner No.3 is concerned, he faced trial and has since been acquitted. 4.
