This Writ Appeal has been filed assailing the order dated 14th July, 2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.20547 of 2022 so also challenging the disengagement order of the Petitioner dated 8th June, 2022 (Annexure-3) issued by the Sarpanch, Charbhati Gram Panchayat. 3. On the basis of a communication made by the Appellant vide letter dated 23rd December, 2025, a Memo is filed in Court today for withdrawal of the Writ Appeal. 4.
