Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition was filed for counting the services rendered by the petitioner as daily wager, but still he is in service, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition at this stage and file a petition in case in future the cause survives. Permission is accorded. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as above. Withdrawal Application No. 3 of 2026 stand disposed of accordingly.
