By way of the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the e- tender notices issued by the Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing, Division Kupwara, vide No. 83 of 2026 dated 04.08.2026; the Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing, Division Shopian, vide No. 065 of 2026 dated 31.07.2026; the Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing, Division Pulwama, vide No. 88/2026-27 dated 06.08.2026; and the Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing, Division Pulwama, vide No. 80/2026-27 dated 01.08.2026. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that the respondents are ready and willing to treat the instant petition as a representation of the petitioners, to consider and decide the same within a reasonable period. Learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the proposition made by learned counsel for the respondents. 03. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to treat the instant petition, along with its annexures, as a representation of the petitioners in respect of the grievance raised, the reliefs sought therein, to consider and decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date a copy of this order is served upon the said respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents shall furnish a copy of the instant petition along with its annexures to respondents 1 and 2, who shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon. Till the representation of the petitioners is considered and decided by a speaking order, the respondents shall not finalize the e-tender notices impugned in the instant petition. 05.
