By order dated 28.1.2026 notice was sent to the petitioner to engage another counsel as the earlier counsel was designated as Senior Advocate. As per office report dated 18.3.2026 notice has been returned back undelivered with the remark that petitioner does not reside at the given address. 3. In view of the fact that petitioner has not responded and the correct address is not available, the present writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. However, petitioner would be at liberty to file recall application.
