Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that with the efflux of time and the pendency of writ petition all the petitioners are retired and as on date nothing survives in the present writ petition. 3. In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 4. Dismissed as infructuous. 5. The question of law involved in the present writ petition is kept open. 6. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
