State of Haryana and another of Hon’ble High Court alongwith many other appeals as well as order dated 27.05.2009 in RFA No.2213-1995 Kasturi Lal and others Vs. State of Haryana and another whereby compensation awarded by the Land Reference Court @ Rs.81/- per square yard was further enhanced to Rs.139/- per square yard by Hon’ble High Court. State counsel seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. RFA Nos.1748, 1749, 2072 and 2328-2004 and 1527-2017 pending out of the same notification of land acquisition, are said to be pending. The same be also listed before the Lok Adalat.
