State of Haryana and also by decision dated 11.08.2025 of Hon’ble High Court in RFA No.3463-1999 titled as Narinder Kaur Vs. State of Haryana. Both these appeals are further based on decision dated 09.09.2008 of Hon’ble High Court in LPA No.350-2001 titled as Manohar Lal Vs. State of Haryana and another. Since the case is covered by the aforesaid decision of Hon’ble High Court, counsel for the parties have no objection if the appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid decisions. Resultantly, this appeal is allowed to the extent that market value of the acquired land is determined @ Rs.2,89,701/- per acre. The appellant shall be entitled to the same alongwith all statutory benefits.
