Learned counsel refers to the relevant part of the judgment dated 18.08.2000 passed by Division Bench as per which for the period he remained out of service only arrears was not to be granted, however, he was entitled to increments and it ought to have been counted for grant of 1st and 2nd ACP as well. No decision on the claim of the petitioner has been taken till date. He prays that a direction be given to the respondents to consider it taking note of the observations made in the judgment in a time bound manner. 2. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
