(ORAL) Vide order dated 24.10.2024, it was noticed that Court is unable to proceed in absence of copy of complete and legible copy of paperbook. Office was also directed to issue notice to Mr. Sudhir Pruthi, Advocate, who had appeared on 10.04.2024, he was directed to remain present in the Court on next date of hearing. However, despite due information to learned counsel for appellant, none has appeared on behalf of appellant nor legible and complete copy of paper-book is available. 2. Notice issued to respondent No.1 received back served but none has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1. 3. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the present appeals for non-prosecution. Accordingly, present appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
