20. In view of the discussion above, the present writ petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 19.05.2004 (Annexure P-3) is hereby set aside. The respondents are directed to regularize the services of the petitioner with effect from the date his juniors were regularized, i.e., 26.06.1997 (respondent No.3) or 28.02.1998 (respondent No.4), whichever is earlier, and grant him all consequential benefits including seniority, pay fixation, arrears of salary, and pensionary benefits. The respondents shall complete this exercise within three months from the date of receipt of SEEMA 2026.04.10 18:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
