Learned counsel for the respondent contends that as per the provisions of law, the Central Information Commissioner does not have the power to review its own order. 3. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition to avail the remedy as is available to him in accordance with law. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
