IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK W.P. (C) No.12376 of 2004 Sri Khagendra Baug and another …. Petitioners None -versus- Sri Satya Narayan Panda and others …. Opposite Parties None CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MURAHARI SRI RAMAN Order No. 06. ORDER 03.07.2026 1. None appears either on behalf of the petitioners or for the opposite parties on repeated calls. 2. Vide order dated 22.11.2004, this Court directed for issue of notice on question of admission. On subsequent date, when the matter was listed on 17.01.2005, this Court recorded that “It is stated that requisites have already been filed. Office to verify and accept.” Similar order was passed on 22.03.2005. However, the Office note dated 22.03.2005 reveals that notice could not be issued to the opposite parties due to non-availability of complete requisites. 3. Since no one represented either for the petitioners or for the opposite parties and the matter is of the year, 2004, it seems that the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the matter. 4. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of dismissal of the writ petition, pending Misc. Case (s), if any, shall stand dismissed. (M.S. Raman, J.)
