Iqbal Mubarak, by the Principal District Judge, Srinagar, wherein the execution petition preferred by respondent herein, has been dismissed for default of appearance of the decree holder. In view of the dismissal of the execution petition by the Principal District Judge, Srinagar, the instant civil revision has rendered infructuous, the same is dismissed, as such.
