CMP No. 9801 of 2026 This application has been filed for correction of the name of the Advocate representing the respondents on the date of decision, i.e. 24.02.2026. He submits that on that date, Mr. Neeraj Sharma and Mr. Ishaan Kashyap, Advocates, had put in appearance on behalf of the respondents; however, due to a ministerial omission, the name of Mr. Ishaan Kashyap could not be reflected as another counsel for the respondents. Mr. Neeraj Sharma, whose presence has been recorded as counsel for the respondents, has also endorsed the aforesaid submission. In view of the above, necessary correction is ordered to be carried out by adding the name of Mr. Ishaan Kashyap along with Mr. Neeraj Sharma, Advocate, appearing for the respondents on 24.02.2026, by the Court Master of this Court under her signatures.
