No one has cause appearance on behalf of the petitioners in the instant cases ever since 27th March, 2024. In fact in OWP No. 1041/2004, taking note of the fact that learned counsel representing the petitioner had expired, this Court had issued notice to the petitioner for making arrangement for his representation in the said petition. 2. A report of the Registry reveals that notice was sent on 24.02.2026 but none has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, this Court is choice-less but to dismiss both these petitions for non prosecution along with connected applications.
