Hence, this Court is left with no other choice but to dismiss the present writ petition for non-prosecution. 4. Dismissed for non-prosecution. 5. Liberty is however granted to the petitioners to file an application for revival if anything still survives. 6. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
