1. On 16.07.2026, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that he is not able to contact the petitioners and registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioners.
2. As per the report of registry, notice issued to the petitioners received back with the report as under:-
“Petitioner No.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26:- Retired from service Petitioner No.21 and 27 :- Served Petitioner No.7, 9, 13, 15, 16, 18 :- No information about said persons found at given address as per report.”
3. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, this Court is left with no other choice but to dismiss the present writ petition for non-prosecution.
4. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
5. Liberty is however granted to the petitioners to file an application for revival if anything still survives.
6. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also
