By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought the following substantial relief: “a) This Hon’ble Court be pleased to call for the records and proceedings in the present case and, upon perusal thereof, be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 4th November, 2003 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sindhudurg, in Criminal Revision Application No.3 of 2002, whereby Respondent Nos.6 and 7 were discharged and Respondent Nos.2 to 5 were partly discharged in Regular Shantanu S. The request is not opposed by Dr. Ashvini A. Takalkar, learned A.P.P. for Respondent No.1-State and Mr. A. S. Khandeparkar, learned Senior Advocate for Respondent No.2. 4. In view of the statement made by Mr. Advait Vajaratkar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, leave is granted to withdraw the present Petition. 5.
