Learned counsel for the Appellant had communicated on the last date of hearing also, that the Appellant has completed the complete sentence and it is only the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- which is required to be deposited by him. The Appellant is not interested in contesting the present appeal and wanted to deposit the fine amount, but for the fact that he could not locate the court where the fine is to be deposited, inasmuch-as the case relates to Police Station Dilshad Garden, which has now been divided into two police stations i.e. Police Station G.T.B Enclave and Police Station Harsh Vihar. 3. IO SI Sandeep Tomar from PS Harsh Vihar is present and submits that jurisdiction which relates to the present case falls under Police Station Harsh Vihar. This is a digitally signed order. In view of these facts and circumstances, now when the jurisdiction is clear ie. Police Station Harsh Vihar. In view thereof, Appellant shall deposit the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- with the concerned court of Judicial Magistrate dealing with the cases falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Harsh Vihar. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Appellant that he is ready to deposit the fine amount and wind-up the matter. He is accordingly free to deposit the fine amount before the concerned court of Judicial Magistrate dealing with the cases falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Harsh Vihar. 6. In case of any impediment in completion of this exercise by the Appellant, he is free to approach learned Principal District and Sessions Judge of the concerned district so that this issue may be resolved. 7. In view of these facts and circumstances, the present appeal is dismissed as ‘withdrawn’ and stands disposed-of accordingly subject to the deposit of fine amount. 8. Copy of this order be provided to all concerned under signatures of the Court Master. 9.
