It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant that the initial appeal was filed by the father of Appellant namely Sh. Ved Prakash Narang against the Respondent herein Kusum Sandhu. However, certain developments took place in between, which has created a situation, where the Appellant does not want to continue with the appeal anymore, inasmuch as the original Appellant i.e. Ved Prakash Narang is no more. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Virender Narang (through V.C.) that he is not sure about the fact regarding death of Kusum Sandhu, as it was her husband S. Mokham Singh, with whom things were dealt with, who has expired about 6½ years ago, about which he is sure. 4.
