Perusal of record more particularly, order on sentence dated 27.02.2004 reveals that both the appellants (convicts therein) were released on entering into a ‘Bond of Probation’ for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety each, for a period of one year, which stood completed way back in the year 2005. 4. The appeal was hitherto pursued by the Appellants, as appellant Mukesh Kumar was employed in a private job and wanted to clear his name. But now, as submitted by him, he has resigned from the job. In such circumstances, they do not wish to purse the present appeal any more. 5. In view of the submissions made by the Appellants, the present appeal stands disposed of as ‘withdrawn’.
