This Criminal Revision has been filed assailing the order dated 19.04.2003 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Purushottampur in G.R. Case No. 132/93 by virtue of which the Petitioner has been arrayed as an accused for commission of offence under Sections 409/468/471/34 of IPC in exercise of power under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. 3. On perusal of the record of this Court, it is seen that while taking up the matter for consideration, by order dated 04.08.2003 this Court directed, interim stay of further proceeding in the G.R. Case No.132 of 1993 pending in the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Purushottampur till 15th September, 2003. 4. The matter was thereafter listed on 29.09.2003, 22.10.2003,29.10.2003, 06.11.2003, 18.11.2003, 19.12.2003, 19.01.2004, 06.05.2004 and 28.09.2011, on which dates the interim order was extended. 5. Subsequently, the matter was listed on 02.07.2019, on which date there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner and the LCR was directed to be returned and the interim order was not extended. 6. Considering the nature of the challenge, the interim order have been vacated since 2019 and there being no motion on behalf of the Petitioner for extension of the same, this Court does not find any justification in allowing this matter to continue to clubbed with the board of this Court. 7. Accordingly, the CRLREV stands dismissed 8. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to seek variance of this order in the event if there is any fresh cause of action arises. (V. NARASINGH) Judge Soumya
