2. This Criminal Revision has been filed assailing the judgment dated 21.06.2003 passed by the learned Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Jagatsinghpur in Sessions Trial No.9 of 2002/ 48 of 2002.

Learned counsel Mr. G.N. Parida, on behalf of the counsel on record for the Petitioner, submits that he has no instructions in this matter.

5. Considering the evidence on record and in view of the contours of interference by this Court in an informant9s revision, this Court does not find any merit in the Criminal Revision to warrant interference.
