Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. In this present revision the order dated 04.02.2003 passed by the learned SDJM, Nayagarh rejecting the prayer of the Petitioner for recalling the order taking cognizance under Section 394 of IPC has been assailed. 3. From the order sheet, it is borne out that after condonation of delay the matter was adjourned on 04.05.2005, 09.05.2005, on 28.09.2011, on 01.07.2019 and on 10.07.2019. 4. Considering the nature of prayer with efflux of time, this Court is of the prima facie view that the same must have been rendered infructuous. 5.
