NARASINGH Order No. ORDER 23.03.2026 13. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. Assailing the judgment dated 12.12.2002 passed by the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge (1st Track Court) Bhadrak in Criminal Revision No.42 of 1992 whereby revising the order passed by the learned JMFC, Bhadrak in Misc. Case No.101 of 1993 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. directing the Petitioner to pay monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.500/- per month, this criminal revision has been filed at the instance of the husband. There is no appearance on behalf of the Opposite Party in spite of repeated notices. 3. An additional affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner indicting that the Opposite Party has remarried and getting widow pension. In view of the same and payment of Rs.2,500/- in terms of the order passed by this Court, as borne out from the communication received from the concerned Court in seisin, it is directed that the Petitioner is not liable to pay any further maintenance under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. in terms of the impugned order. 4.
