To that effect, the learned Counsel filed a Memo dated April 29, 2026. The learned Counsel further submits that the legal heirs of the deceased did not turn up. Hence, the learned Counsel reported “No Instructions”. 4.In view of the submissions, this Second Appeal is Dismissed for Non Prosecution. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
