No one is putting in appearance on behalf of the petitioner since 29.04.2026. The present writ petition was admitted on 21.02.2026. On 29.04.2026, since no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to his counsel. As per office report, petitioner is not residing at the given address. 2. Today the matter was called twice but there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present case. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for want of prosecution. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, in case any cause of action survives. 5.
