IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH 323
CWP-3724-2003 (O&M)
Date of decision: 03.07.2026 RAM CHANDER
... Petitioner
Versus JHAJJAR CENTRAL COOP BANK AND OTHERS
... Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMAN CHAUDHARY
Present : None for the petitioner.
Mr. Tapan K. Yadav, Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
**** AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (Oral)
1.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that nothing survives in the present petition, in wake of fact that the prayer sought was for quashing of resolution dated 08.11.2002 whereby respondent Nos.3 and 4 were promoted as Joint Accountant, who may have even retired in the interregnum while the petitioner who was appointed in the year 1975, would also have retired.
2.
Disposed of, however, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case any need arises.
