In view of their such stand, delay of 78 days in filing the appeal is condoned. CM is disposed of. Main case As agreed in terms of statements of learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel and representative of the respondent-Insurance Company (separately recorded), a sum of Rs. 2,30,000/- (Two Lakhs Thirty Thousand Only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellant(s) in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellant(s), the enhanced amount be paid to appellant(s). The concerned Officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/Office shall issue proper receipt to learned counsel/representative of the Insurance Company after receiving the cheque. The Ld. counsel for the appellant(s) or appellant(s) may collect the cheque from the office of the Lok Adalat. All interim application/s also stand/s disposed of.
