Om Pa(, as per which she had withdrawn the execu(on in her claim case (tled “Om Pa( vs. Shaukat” from the Court of Sh. H.P. Singh, as she had received full and final payment from the respondents. She had further men(oned in the affidavit that she will withdraw the appeal from this Court. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not aware about the said affidavit. Having regard to the copy of affidavit as placed by learned counsel for respondent No.3, the present appeal stands disposed of. However appellant will be at liberty to get the appeal revived, in case, any cause of ac(on s(ll survives and in case, the affidavit as placed on record by counsel for respondent No.3 is not furnished by the appellant.
