My daughter Harpreet Kaur has a baby boy Sahej whose age is approximately 2 months. My daughter Harpreet Kaur alias Sneha has been residing with her inlaws in Street No. 4/6, Mohalla New Azad Nagar, Police Station Daba, Ludhiana, for the past 1 month. My soninlaw Sukhdeep Singh frequently argues and fights with my daughter Harpreet Kaur alias Sneha. On 04.02.2025, around 8:30 PM, I went to my daughter Harpreet Kaur alias Sneha's inlaws' house along with my son 8 Krishna, our neighbor Joginder Singh, my sisterinlaw Nanad) Balwinder Kaur, and her son Ashwani Kumar. We were all trying to explain to my soninlaw Sukhdeep Singh that he should stop fighting with his wife, and if there was any issue, he should let us know.
At that time, my daughter Harpreet Kaur's brotherinlaw Sandeep Singh, motherinlaw Kuldeep Kaur, and fatherinlaw Hardeep Singh were also present in the house. Suddenly, my daughter Harpreet Kaur's fatherinlaw Hardeep Singh started arguing loudly with us and said,
"Take your daughter and go!" I told them that we would take our daughter and grandchild with us. My sisterin law Balwinder Kaur and my son Krishna stood up and went outside the house. As I stood up and reached the street to sit on the motorcycle of my sisterinlaw's son, Ashwani Kumar, my daughter's fatherinlaw Hardeep Singh came from behind and struck me 23 times on the back of my head 24 8 with an iron Kirpan.
