FAO-2521-2003 (O&M); FAO-2522-2003 (O&M) -2- same motor vehicular accident. All the four appellants had sustained injuries in the motor vehicular accident which had taken place on 12.06.1997 allegedly due to rash and negligent driving of jeep No.HR-34- 4832, which was allegedly being driven by respondent No.1. As no3ced by the Tribunal, despite grant of countless opportuni3es, none of the appellant(s)- claimant(s)- injured produced any evidence whatsoever to support their conten3on regarding the negligence of the offending vehicle. In the face of aforesaid facts and circumstances, when there is no evidence to prove the negligence of the offending vehicle, the Tribunal was jus3fied in dismissing all the appeals. No merits. Dismissed. Pending applica3on(s), if any, also stand disposed of. A photocopy of this order be placed on the connected case files.
