2. It apprears that appellant is no longer interested in pursuing this appeal.
3. This Court has also gone through the judgments of the Courts below and also purused the grounds of appeal. It is no ced that suit for possession in respect of 02 kanal 13 marla of land was filed by the plain ffs by alleging that the same had been encroached upon by the defendants- respondents by pu.ng barbed wire. The trial Court a/er framing necessary issues and taking into considera on evidence, dismissed the suit on 18.02.1999 and the appeal filed by the appellants was dismissed on
